Job Overview
This role will be based at our Head Office in Suva, will be responsible to develop a strong customer relationship and realize revenue growth opportunities. This includes presenting and marketing of designs, configure customised applications, carry out implementation, provide support services, develop other related products offered by the company to meet our client business requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical consultation especially for ERP, HRMS, EDMS
- Analyze clients’ business processes and standard operating procedures pertaining to finance, sales & inventory management/distribution.
- Work with Associates and document clients’ scope of work and business
- Carry out end-to-end project management and
- Conduct end-user classroom training and execute system cutover to live
- Develop reports identified during business requirements
- Ability to use relevant Project Management methodologies to deliver Customer Projects within scope and
Requirements (Qualification, Experience and Key Competencies)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Software Requirements Analysis, Software Consultancy & Project
- Knowledge in one or more of the software’s such as Sage 300 ERP, MYOB, SAP B1, Epicor will be an added
- Have sufficient hands-on experience with providing consultation on software
- Be a self-starter, team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal
