Job Overview
This role will be responsible to research, test, analyse, and maintain new software applications to achieve our client’s business requirements. As part of the Graduate Trainee program, this role will undergo extensive training and gain experience in designing queries and building analytical skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and undertake the necessary training to be abreast with any new software programming languages used by our Software Development Team.
- Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling and implementation.
- Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with the client and their users.
- Be willing to support Clients outside normal business hours.
- Be able to work remotely on client projects.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge in one or more of the Programming Languages – C#, ASP CORE, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, Angular, Javascript, CSS3, .NET, or any other industry-leading programming languages.
- Have sufficient hands-on experience with SQL queries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Well-written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, be innovative, possess a can-do attitude, and have the willingness to learn.
