Job Overview
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, promote Datec’s products and services, and drive sales growth within assigned territories. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams to develop and deliver effective solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in assigned territories.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the client’s needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the ICT industry.
- Manage projects and coordinate with the team members.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong presentation skills, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
