Job Overview
The Test Centre Administrator (TA) will be the primary contact for candidates taking computer-based tests at the testing centre. This role will be responsible for overseeing the test process, maintaining compliance with Pearson Vue’s policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to all candidates in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a comfortable testing environment.
• Strictly adhere to Pearson Vue’s testing procedures, rules of conduct, and certification agreements.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Ensure that all candidates are admitted in accordance with secure check-in procedures.
• Proctor candidates through site cameras covering all testing stations, ensuring proper conduct throughout the testing process.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of the Pearson Vue testing system software applications, exams, and results.
• Provide candidates with necessary supplies for their exams and collect any materials as required after the exam.
• Liaise with Pearson Vue for technical support, resolving issues related to IDs, test delivery, and system functionality.
• Complete and submit Incident Reports to Pearson Vue for all candidate issues including inappropriate behaviour, problems with delivering exams and testing stations.
• Stay updated on any changes to Pearson Vue policies and complete administrator certifications.
Key Requirements:
• Hold Diploma in Information System, or any other related field with exceptional computing and English-speaking skills.
• Confident personality with an attitude towards customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
