Job Overview
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within the budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to effectively deliver projects according to plan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of Projects in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks and roadblocks.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and shop drawings to review, interpret, and manage their integration into the project plan.
• Assist with project resource allocation and procurement.
• Monitor project budget and expenses.
• Prepare project reports and presentations.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with shop drawings.
