Job Overview
This role will be responsible to develop a strong customer relationship, analyse clients’ business processes, manage projects, conduct trainings, and provide ongoing support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with associates and document clients’ scope of work and their business opportunities.
• Analyse client’s business processes and standard operating procedures pertaining to finance, sales & inventory management, and distribution.
• Carry out end-to-end project management and documentation.
• Conduct end-user classroom training, demonstrations, and presentations to external parties.
• Provide ongoing end-user support to existing customers.
Key Requirements:
• Hold a Degree in Accounting and Information Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new technology and ability to meet deadlines.
